近10年精神科护士症状自评量表(SCL-90)调查结果的Meta分析及常模确定

摘　　要：目的了解我国内地精神科护士群体心理健康水平的真实情况,确定精神科护士群体症状自评量表(SCL-90)常模,为精神科心理健康研究、护理管理和相关研究工作提供依据。方法利用相关数据库资源检索了自1999年至今的有关用SCL-90评估精神科护士心理状况的实证研究,共收集了文章32篇,有效样本35个,被试3987人,利用SCL-90成人常模做比较,分别利用Review Manager 4软件和Microsoft Excel进行Meta分析和分数合成。结果精神科护士SCL-90得分状况的合并效应显示,除敌对外(P>0.05),其他因子合并效应均显著(P<0.05或<0.001),躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、恐怖高于常模,强迫、人际敏感、精神病性和偏执低于全国常模。结论以往的研究结果用于解释精神科护士的心理症状的适合性有待商榷,利用新常模评价该群体心理状况将更为客观。Objective To understand the level of mental health of psychiatric nurses in the mainland of China and construct the Norm,provide a basis for mental health work,nursing management and related study in psychiatric part.Methods Searched the studies on the mental health of psychiatric nurses in China's Mainland since 1999 from the relational database,a total of 32 articles and 35 valid samples were collected,3987 people were tested.Adult norm of SCL-90 was used to compare,Meta analysis and scores synthesis were made by using Review Manager 5 software and Microsoft Excel.Results The combined effect of SCL-90 scores of psychiatric nurses showed that it was significantly different from every factor of adults norms（P0.005or 0.001） except hostility（P0.05）.Scores of somatization,anxiety,depression and phobia were higher than those of adult norm.Scores of compulsion,interpersonal sensitivity,schizophrenia and paranoid were lower than those of norms.Conclusion It is questionable to explain the psychological symptoms of psychiatric nurse according to result of current research.Evaluating the level of mental health of psychiatric nurses by comparing with new norm will be more objective.
