摘  要:目的了解护理专业大学生的心理健康状况、心理问题的主要类型以及应对方式对心理健康的影响,为采取有针对性的心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)及应对方式问卷对148名护理专业学生进行调查。结果①护理专业学生的SCL-90总均分(t=2.79,P<0.05)及躯体化(t=2.43,P<0.05)、强迫(t=4.12,P<0.05)、抑郁(t=2.11,P<0.05)、焦虑(t=2.59,P<0.05)、恐怖(t=3.45,P<0.05)、精神病性(t=4.95,P<0.05)多个因子分均高于全国青年常模,差异具有统计学意义;②护理专业学生消极应对总均分显著高于一般人群(t=5.45,P<0.05);③SCL-90总分与积极应对方式呈负相关(r=-0.310,P<0.05),与消极应对方式呈正相关(r=0.427,P<0.05)。结论护理专业学生的心理健康水平较低,且心理健康状况与应对方式有相关关系。Objective To understand the mental health status for students of nursing speciality in medical college,the main types of mental problems as well as the influence of coping styles on mental health,to provide theoretic basis for taking targeted mental health education.Methods A total of 148 students of nursing speciality were investigated by Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90)and coping style questionnaire.Results ①The total score of SCL-90(t=2.79,P0.05)and other factor scores such as somatization(t=2.43,P0.05),compulsion(t=4.12,P0.05),depression(t=2.11,P0.05),anxiety(t=2.59,P0.05),phobia(t=3.45,P0.05),psychosis-like symptoms(t=4.95,P0.05)in students were significantly higher than national young norms.②The score of passive coping style in students was higher than that of average people in China(t=5.45,P0.05).③There was a negative correlation between the total score of SCL-90 and positive coping style(r=-0.310,P0.05),but there was a positive correlation between the total score of SCL-90 and passtive coping style(r=0.427,P0.05).Conclusion The students of nursing speciality have rather poor mental health level as a whole.It is necessary to enhance mental health education for students of nursing speciality and guide them to use the positive coping styles.
