珍香胶囊联合放化疗治疗宫颈癌的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究珍香胶囊联合放化疗治疗宫颈癌的疗效。方法宫颈癌患者80例,经宫颈刮片细胞学检查找到癌细胞;经组织活检明确诊断为宫颈癌。患者年龄30～64岁,平均(45.4±8.1)岁。随机分为两组,每组40例。A组:单进行放化疗治疗;B组:采用珍香胶囊联合放化疗治疗。观察两种治疗方法的疗效,观察期为3年。结果 A组和B组之间的治愈率差异具有统计学意义(χ2=6.01,P<0.05)。而且,B组的完全缓解和部分缓解的人数都比A组高。结论采用珍香胶囊联合放化疗治疗宫颈癌的效果优于单用放化疗治疗。在我们的临床工作中,可以通过采用珍香胶囊联合放化疗来治疗宫颈癌,能够取得较好的效果。Objective To research the effects of Zhenxiang capsule combined chemoradiotherapy in treating cervical cancer. Methods Totally 80 cases of cervical cancer patients, via phlegm exfoliated cells inspection found cancer cells. The biopsy diagnosed for cervical cancer. Patients aged 30 -64 years, the average was （45.4 ± 8.1 ） years old. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Group A： Chemoradiotherapy treatment; Group B： By Zhenxiang capsule joint chemoradiotherapy treatment. Observe the curative effect of two treatments, observation period was 3 years. Results The cure rate differences between group A and group B was statistically significant （ X^2 = 6.01, P 〈 0.05）. Moreover, the complete remission and the number of part catabatic was high- er in group B than that of group A. Conclusions Zhenxiang capsule combined chemoradiotherapy had better results than chemoradiotherapy treatment only in treating cervical cancer. In our clinical work, by adopting Zhenxiang capsule combined radiation and chemotherapy can get better effect in treating cervical cancer.
