小切口硬核白内障囊外摘出术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察小切口手法碎核在硬核白内障囊外摘出术中的临床效果。方法对80例(80眼)硬核白内障行小切口手法碎核。结果术后1天矫正视力0.3以上41眼(51.25%),术后1周矫正视力0.3以上65眼(81.25%)。术后1月矫正视力0.3以上71眼(88.75%),术中主要并发症为后囊膜破裂,术后为角膜内皮水肿。结论切口手法碎核硬核白内障囊外摘出术是一种经济、有效、安全、简便的方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of small incision hard nucleus cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division. Methods Small incision hard nucleus cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division were performed on 80 eyes of 80 patients with hard nucleus cataract. Results On the 1 st postoperative day, the corrected vision of 0. 3 or better 41 eyes （51.25 % ） ; After 1 week, the corrected vision of 0.3 or better 65 eyes （81.25 % ） ; After 1 month, the corrected vision of 0. 3 or better 71 eyes（88.75% ）. The rupure of posterior capsule was main operative complication,postoperation was corneal endothelial opacity. Conclusions The small incision hard nucleus cataract extraction with a manual nucleus division is an economic, effective, safe, simple technique.
