摘 要:针对油锯减振与增大可操作性之间的对立问题,运用可拓转换桥方法,对其求解变换,并得到最优方案解。首先对性能核问题中的条件基元进行发散分析,定义变换类型及其优先级,控制变换方向、计算变换效应,得到可行方案解集。再分别代入到力学模型中,计算出各自油锯振动加速度与刚度值。然后通过关联函数值及可操作性判断,得到减振器的最优方案。最后对其对接的零件进行传导变换,得到油锯转换桥。In order to solve the opposite problem between chainsaw damping and operability,this paper used extensive Transforming bridge to resolve transform and obtained the optimal resolution plan.Firstly,the feasible programs would be obtained through divergent analysis of condition-element occurred in the key issue,defining transformation type and their priority,controlling the change direction and calculating transformation effects.Secondly,the programs were substituted into mechanical model respectively to calculate the values of chainsaw stiffness and vibration acceleration.Then the optimal plan of damping absorber can be obtained though the value of the correlation functions and judgedment of operability.Finally the chainsaw transforming bridge would be built after conduction transformation of related parts.
