高职院校图书馆服务创新的实证研究——以深圳职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：论述高职院校图书馆现状与服务创新的内涵,提出服务创新的模式,并对深圳职业技术学院图书馆服务创新工作进行分析,指出在服务创新时要注重营造创新服务文化、以读者为中心、进行权威服务、重视版权保护等。This paper based on the brief description of the status quo of the libraries in higher vocational colleges and their service innovation, puts forward a model for such innovation, applies this model to analyzing the innovative services offered in Shenzhen Polytechnic library, and in the end reflects on some points, to which libraries should pay special attention when providing innovative services, such as building innovation culture, focusing on readers, valuing copyright protection and so on.
