摘　　要：如何管理和分配知识产权对技术联盟及联盟内企业的核心竞争力、创新绩效等有着重要影响。在回顾已有研究的基础上,本文构建了技术联盟内知识产权管理与分配的研究框架,并通过对江苏省三家技术联盟的实地调研发现,联盟内的知识产权具有一定的重叠性、模糊性及嵌入性,相应地影响着联盟的知识产权管理活动,而不同的知识产权管理活动又影响着联盟前景知识产权的分配以及联盟的成熟度。Intellectual property right （IPR） is very important in the technology alliances, the management and assignment of the IPR may impact the alliance and the member＇s competitiveness and innovation performance. On the basis of current researches, we have created the framework for the study on the management and assignment of IPR in the technology alliance; then, using the case study, select three alliances in Jiangsu Province to verify and develop the theoretic framework. After thorough researches, we have discovered that the characteristic of IPR will affect the alliances management of IPR, and the management can also affect the distribution of IPR and the alliances maturity.
