摘  要:目的:通过调查和分析当代全国名老中医情志养生经验,为情志调养提供指引。方法:以"十五"、"十一五"国家科技攻关计划"名老中医学术思想、经验传承研究"项目入选的全国当代名老中医,以及国家中医药管理局遴选的第三批、第四批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师为研究对象,对名老中医的情志养生主张与自身经验进行问卷调查和分析。结果:对58为名老中医的统计显示,提倡修性养神的名老中医占53.4%,自身实践者53.4%;提倡平和自然、淡泊宁静者分别占69%和56.9%;提倡宽容者89.7%,个人宽容做到者占91.4%;提倡随和、开朗者分别占81%和58.6%,个人做到随和、开朗者分别有77.6%及48.3%;推荐写书法和推荐旅游者分别占56.9%和44.8%,个人情有这方面爱好者为39.7%和36.2%;提倡静坐养神者55.2%,个人践行静坐养神法和存想养神法的分别有31%和32.8%。结论:名老中医的情志养生经验在于注重修性养神,时刻保持淡泊平静和平和自然的心态,对工作和生活持宽容的态度,并培养开朗随和的性格。他们还认为书法、旅游以及静坐等手段都能够很好地辅助情志养生。Objective : Provide guidance of emotional health care by surveying and analyzing contemporary TCM famous veteran doctors' experience on their emotional health regimen. Methodz : We had selected some contemporary TCM famous veteran doctors in the 10th and 11 th Five -Year National Science and Technology Supporting Project, and gave them questionnaires for surveying their opinions and personal experience on emotional regimen. Results:There are 58 effective data samples collected. 53.4% of the veteran doctors suggest regulating mental activities and experience personally. 69% suggest on naturalism, and 56.9% are spirit cuhivation. 89.7% suggest comprehensive understandings,and 91.4% experience by themselves. Amiableness and optimism are 81% and 58.6% , personal practicing are 77.6% and 48.3 % accordingly. The percentage of recommendation for calligraphy and travel are 56.9% and 44.8% ,with personal practicing are 39.7% and 36.2% accordingly. 55.2% suggest meditation,with per- sonal practicing or intention are 31% and 32.8% accordingly. Conclusion:Most of the contemporary TCM famous veteran doctors focus on regulating mental activities ,and always keep moderateness and fame -regardless. In daily life, they suggest to be more understanding of unhappiness, more amiable and optimistic. Calligraphy,travel and meditation are also helpful to maintain the emotional health.
