摘　　要：本文分析了矿业行业职工职业生涯规划中的常见问题,通过对国外社会关系网络理论的研究成果的回顾,探讨了社会关系网络对职业生涯成功的影响和作用,提出了结合职业发展理论构建社会关系网络以实现矿业企业职工个人职业生涯成功的具体策略及措施。This paper analyzes the common questions in mining enterprises works career planning and explores the social relationship network＇s effect and function for career success through reviewing the foreign social capital theory.This paper also gives the specific strategies and suggestions that how to combine the career development theory and build social relationship networks for mining enterprises workers to achieve career success.
