摘　　要：矿业权实地核查基准在充分应用现代测绘技术的基础上,优化整合了矿区已有的测绘基准资源,实现了统一的测绘基准服务。本文详细阐述了该系统的建立背景、设计内容及实现过程,通过对山西省矿区平面和高程控制网现状及存在问题的分析,提出了相应的解决办法。The service system Shanxi province surveying datum which based on the modern surveying and mapping technology provides the unify service.At the same time,it improves the precision of the existed surveying datum.This paper analyzes the status and the problems occurred in horizontal and vertical control networks in Shanxi province,and proposes relevant solutions.
