摘　　要：本文采用布拉本德塑化仪和旋转枯度计,测定了PVC糊的凝胶化性能,研究了凝胶化性能与搪塑制品结膜厚度的关系,并在此基础上探讨了搪塑生产工艺配方和工艺条件。The gelation property of PVC paste was measured by using a Brabender plastometer and a rotating viscometer. The gelation property was affected by the types of PVC resins and the properties of the plasticizers. The relationship between the wall thickness of the slush molding products and the gelation property of PVC paste was studied in this paper. The composition and technological condition of slush molding were suggested based on the research.
