颈动脉超声检测在老年缺血性脑血管病中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨颈动脉超声检测对于老年缺血性脑血管病患者的临床应用价值。方法选取2008年7月至2010年12月80例缺血性脑血管病老年患者,作为观察组,同时选取80例同期的非缺血性脑血管病老年患者,作为对照组,观察两组患者颈动脉斑块检出率,测量血管内膜-中层厚度(IMT)以及内径。结果对照组颈动脉粥样硬化斑块检出例数为17例,检出率为21.25%;观察组检出55例,检出率为68.75%,两组检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论颈动脉超声检测对于老年缺血性脑血管病患者颈动脉粥样硬化斑块有着相对较高的检出率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To evaluate carotid ultrasound in ischemic cerebrovascular disease in elderly patients by price Value.Methods From July 2008 to December 2010 in our hospital 80 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease in elderly patients,as the observation group,also selected the same time period 80 cases of non-elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease,as control group,watch two groups of carotid plaques detection rate,and the intimal-media thickness and diameter were measured.Results Carotid artery atherosclerotic plaques detected in the number of control group was 17 cases,the clinical detection rate was 21.25%,carotid artery atherosclerotic plaques detected in study group was 55 cases,the detection rate was 68.75%.There was statistically significant different（P0.05）with the two groups.Conclusion Carotid ultrasound in elderly patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease has a good clinical value,worthy of clinical application.
