摘　　要：目的本文通过分析《实用肿瘤杂志》2005—2009年发表论文的关键词，揭示《实用肿瘤杂志》刊栽论文的研究热点厦热点的发展变化，为《实用肿瘤杂志》及肿瘤学的进一步研究和实践提供借鉴。方法采用文献计量学法，运用词频分析方法。从中国学术期刊网络出版总库中获取关键词。分剐经过建表、统计、汇总、整理后，归纳出了近5年来肿瘤学的研究热点及其变化轨迹。结果与结论免疫组织化学是肿瘤学的核心研究领域。是肿瘤学的第一研究热点。直肠结肠肿瘤、胃肿瘤、肺肿瘤和乳腺肿瘤等组织器官肿瘤是肿瘤学研究领域的重点。预后和药物疗法以及肿瘤转移将是肿瘤学新的研究热点。Objective The study reveals the research hotspots and change paths of Journal of Practical Oneology by statistically analyzing the papers＂ keywords, in order to provide reference to further research for this journal and oncology. Method Taking the keywords of the papers which published in Journal of Practical Oneology during the last five years as statistical source, then separately constructing the table, collecting and compiling, analyzing words frequency to find the research hotspots and change path in the oncology. Result and conclusion Immunohistechemistry is the core research areas and the first focus of oneology. Coloroetal cancer, stomach cancer, lung cancer and breast cancer is the focus of oneology research. Prognosis and drag therapy, and tumor metastasis will be the new hotspot in oneology.
