封闭式病房精神科护士健康状况调查及管理策略

摘　　要：目的探讨精神科护士心理健康状况，针对护士心理压力因素提出管理策略。方法对98名精神科护士采用症状自评量表评定心理健康状况．并与全国常模进行对比分析。结果精神科护士症状自评量表的阳性项目数、阳性症状均分，总分及强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐惧、偏执因子分均显著高于全国常模。结论精神科护士存在诸多的心理问题，其心理健康水平显著低于普通人群，医院领导及主管部门应采取相应的管理策略，以利于提高护士的心理健康水平，使他们能更安全、更积极地为患者提供更优质的服务。Objective In this paper, the Psychiatric nurses＇ mental health states are discussed and the management strategies are proposed for their Psychological stress. Methods Ninety-eight Psychiatric nurses＇ mental health states are assessed by using the Symptom rating scale （SCL） and then compared with the national level,Results it shows that the number,average scores, total seores,compulsion,relationshipsdepression, anxiety, hostility, fear, paranoia factor scores of SCL were significantly higher than the national average scores.Conclusion as following：firstly,The level of Psychiatric nurses＇ mental healthy is simply lower than the general population;secondly, to improve the nurses＇ mental healthy and Provide more securely, more actively and higher-quality service,it is necessary to take some appropriate management strategies for hospital leaders and authorities.
