摘　　要：电子病历作为医疗过程全面信息化的产物,系统、完整、真实地记录了医务人员为病人所做的工作,患者在诊疗过程中所有过程均呈现在电子病历中。电子病历正在为临床医学院的临床教学带来便利,本着提高临床教学医院的管理水平和教学质量这一目的 ,认识电子病历在临床教学中的作用,将对临床医学院教学工作的质量和工作效率起到发展和促进的作用。The process of a comprehensive electronic medical records as a medical product information,systems,integrity,a true record of the medical staff work for the patient,all patients in the treatment process in the process of electronic medical records showed now.Electronic medical records is for the clinical teaching of clinical medicine to bring convenience,in the teaching hospitals to improve clinical management and teaching quality for this purpose,understanding electronic medical records in clinical teaching role in clinical medicine will be the quality of teaching And efficiency play a role in the development and promotion.
