摘　　要：2009年国家新医改政策强调公立医院要回归公益性,以人为本。新医改给公立医院带来了巨大的机遇和挑战,文章将分析新医改背景下公立医院的机遇和挑战,并提出抓住机遇和挑战的关键举措。In 2009,China announced a new health care reform program which emphasized the resumption of welfare orientation of public hospitals,and requested them to provide medical care services on the people-oriented principles.The new health care reform brought enormous opportunities and challenges for public hospitals.The thesis proposes key measures the public hospitals shall take to seize the opportunities and cope with the challenges.
