摘　　要：随着我国医疗卫生事业的发展，现代绩效管理理论和方法逐渐受到重视并开始推广运用。文章以绩效管理相关理论为指导，从国内外医院绩效管理的成功案例出发，浅谈我国医院医院绩效管理的发展和运用。With the development of health care in China,modern performance management theories and approaches are gradually valued and put into widespread application.Based on the relevant theory of performance management and the successful cases from home and abroad,this thesis gives us the latest development and application of hospital performance management in China.
