摘　　要：目的探讨穿刺活检的前列腺疾病的病理诊断。方法对30例前列腺穿刺活检标本进行常规病理学检查及部分免疫组化染色。结果良性疾病20例,前列腺癌10例。结论直肠B超引导前列腺穿刺活检可以有效的对前列腺癌做出诊断。Objective To study the pathological diagnosis of prostatic disease in needle biopsy.Methods 30 cases of prostatic needle biopsy were reviewed Routine pathological examination and special immunohistochemical staining were used in the study.Results The benign diseases were diagnosed in 20 cases.The malignant neoplasms were diagnosed in 10 cases.Conclusion Pathological diagnosis of prostatic adenocarcinoma can be determined by using ultrasound guided automatic needle biopsy.
