防己黄芪汤对阿霉素肾病模型大鼠肾组织IL-6、TGF-β_1的影响

摘　　要：目的:考察防己黄芪汤干预阿霉素肾病模型大鼠的效应强度,初步探讨其作用机制。方法:按5mg/kg体重给予大鼠尾静脉1次注射阿霉素建立阿霉素肾病模型;检测尿蛋白量,ELISA法检测肾组织IL-6、TGF-β1浓度。结果:模型组大鼠尿蛋白定量升高,肾组织IL-6浓度增加、TGF-β1浓度降低(P<0.05);防己黄芪汤高、中、低剂量组尿蛋白定量明显减少(P<0.05),肾组织IL-6浓度降低、TGF-β1浓度升高(P<0.05)。结论:防己黄芪汤对阿霉素肾病模型大鼠肾功能具有一定的保护作用,可能与其降低肾组织IL-6浓度、提高肾组织TGF-β1浓度有关。Objective： To study the anti-intervention has astragalus soup adriamycin nephropathy in rats the effects of intensity,to explore its mechanism.Methods： 5mg/kg body weight in rats given doses of intravenous injection of doxorubicin once established adriamycin nephropathy;urinary protein,ELISA assay of renal tissue IL-6,TGF-β1 concentration.Results： The rats increased urinary protein,renal concentration of IL-6,TGF-β1 concentration decreased（P〈0.05）;Menispermaceae astragalus soup high,medium and low-dose group was significantly reduced urinary protein excretion（P〈0.05）,renal reduce the concentration of IL-6,TGF-β1 concentration（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Astragalus soup has anti-adriamycin nephropathy renal function has a protective effect may be related to reduced renal IL-6 concentration,increased renal TGF-β1 concentration.
