摘  要:针对输电线塔结构法兰联结节点螺栓松动的损伤特点,提出了一种基于小波包特征提取和模糊聚类的输电线塔结构损伤诊断方法.该方法首先将结构的振动测试信号进行小波包分解,提取小波包分量能量作为损伤识别的特征向量,以此建立模糊聚类的样本集,最后确定聚类类别数,利用模糊聚类分析对结构进行损伤识别.为了证明该方法,对一个3层简化输电塔结构模型进行了试验研究,结果表明该方法可以有效地区用于结构的损伤诊断.The damage identification method of transmission tower based on wavelet packet transform and fuzzy clustering was developed according to the damage feature of bolt loosening of flange connection. Firstly, the vibration signal of structure was decomposed into each frequency band based on wavelet packet (WP) transform, and then the corresponding characteristic vector of damage identification was established by WP component energy, which acted as the sample of fuzzy clustering. Finally, the number of clusters was decided, and the damage was detected based on fuzzy clustering. In order to verify the proposed method, the experiment on a simple three-story transmission tower model was carried out. The test results show that the proposed method can effectively identify damage.
