德国“双元制”对独立学院培养会计专业应用型人才的启示

摘　　要：德国"双元制"办学模式是一种成熟的职业教育模式,它立足于企业培养高技能人才的教育核心,与独立学院的培养目标不谋而合。本文通过对"双元制"模式特点的分析,提出借鉴其中的理念和经验,独立学院会计专业人才培养应以职业分析为导向细分专业,以"双元"合作为基础开展教学,以"职业技能"为本位设置课程,并加强教师的职业培训。The dual system for the vocational training in Germany is a mature model of vocational education.The cultivation goal of ＂dual system＂ is the training of highly practical talent,which coincides with independent college.In this paper,according to the analysis on the characteristics of ＂ dual system＂ ,we put forward some idea as follows：firstly,subdividing accounting major into professional directions;secondly,adjusting educational system along with the college-enterprise jointly training plans;at last,strengthening the vocational training of teachers.
