摘  要:通过核磁共振法对硫酸依替米星进行定性和定量分析。利用一维及二维核磁共振谱(DEPT、COSY、HSQC、HMBC),对1H-NMR谱和13C-NMR谱信号进行完整归属。在此基础上,采用氢核磁共振定量法,以对苯二酚为内标,测得硫酸依替米星中依替米星的含量为59.19%,RSD为0.24%,方法准确可靠,简便快速。Qualitative and quantitative analysis of etimicin sulfate were reported by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR). The ^lH-NMR and ^13C-NMR spectra of etimicin sulfate have been assigned by means of 1D and 2D spectroscopy including DEPT, COSY, HSQC and HMBC. On the basis of assignment, a novel approach was developed for the determination of purity of etimicin sulfate by proton-nuclear magnetic resonance (^1H-NMR) using p-hydroquinone as internal standard. The result showed that the purity of etimicin was 59.19%, and its relative standard deviations(RSD) was 0.24%, this method was relative accuracy, precision, and ease of application.
