摘　　要：目的探讨通过提高社会支持程度,降低感染性疾病科护士的焦虑水平。方法使用焦虑自评量表、社会支持评定量表及自行设计的焦虑影响因素问卷,对100名感染科护士进行问卷调查,评估护士面临重大疫情时的焦虑状态,并探讨通过提高护士的社会支持,降低感染性疾病科护士的焦虑水平。结果 59.79%的护士存在不同程度的焦虑,担心被传染、担心传染家人是导致感染性疾病科护士焦虑产生的主要原因,分别占100.00%、64.95%,社会支持度提高后护士焦虑水平显著降低(2χ=27.37,P<0.05)。结论社会支持对感染性疾病科护士焦虑具有一定影响,提高社会支持度可以降低护士焦虑水平。OBJECTIVE To explore the role of improving social support in reducing the anxiety of nurses in department of infectious diseases.METHODS The self-rating Anxiety Scale,the social support rating scale,and self-designed influencing factors of anxiety questionnaire were used to investigate 100 infection wards nurses.The nurses′ anxiety state when the infection happened was evaluated through raising the social supports to decrease the anxiety level of the infection wards nurses.RESULTS Totally 59.79% of the infection wards nurses existed the different degree of anxiety state.＂fear of being infected by disease＂ accounted for 100.00%,＂fear of the family member being infected by disease＂ accounted for 64.95%,which were the main factors of making the infection wards nurses anxiety.The level of the nurses′ anxiety has been decreased significantly after raising the social support（P0.01）.CONCLUSION The infection wards nurses′ anxiety level is influenced by social support on a fair scale.Raising the social support can lower the anxiety level of the nurses.
