摘 要:目的:探讨高温环境对内毒素(ET)血症的影响。方法:测直肠温度、死亡率、诸脏器组织的TBARs及血管壁的通透性,并做光镜观察。此外,正常小鼠肝匀浆加ET或不加ET于不同温度下培养20min后,测其TBARs,研究热应激的作用。结果:高温使小鼠直肠温度升到39℃以上,促使ET血症小鼠的死亡,并使诸脏器组织的TBARs及血管壁通透性升高,光镜观察其损伤加重。正常小鼠肝匀浆在高温条件下培养其TBARs亦显著增加。结论:高温能加重ET血症小鼠的损伤。Objective:To investigate the effect of heat-stress on endotoxemia in mice. Methods: To measure the rectal temperature, the mortality rate, the capillary permeability and TBARs in the organs homogenate, the mice were put in heat-stress(40 ±0. 5 degreec) for two haurs. The liver homogenate were treated in the different temprature for 20minuts, to measure the prodction of TBARs. Results: In the heatstress, the rectal temperature, the capillary permeabitity and production of TBARs in the organs homogenate and the mortality rate were increased on endotoxemia in mice. In addition to that, the production of TBARs in the liver homogenate with or without E. coli showed no difference, but here was different in production of TBARs in the homogenate incubated at 33-37 dergress C and 39-41 degress C. Conchusion:The heat-stress could enhance the injury induced by endotoxemia in mice.
