前方牵引矫治替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察前方牵引矫治替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错的临床疗效。方法:对17例替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错患者用前方牵引矫治,并对矫治前后的头颅侧位片进行测量比较。结果:通过使用前方牵引矫治替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错,上颌骨前移,上唇前移,软组织侧貌明显改善。结论:前方牵引矫治替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错,能促进上颌骨生长前移,并能抑制下颌骨生长,是矫治替牙期骨性Ⅲ类错的简单易行的方法,通过早期矫治,进行生长改良,可以减少以后进行正颌手术的几率。Objective To observe the curative effect of curing skeletal class III malocclusions of mixed dentition with maxillary protraction.Method Seventeen patients of skeletal class III malocclusions of mixed dentition were treated with maxillary protraction.The pre-and post-effect of upright lateral cephalometric radiographs were measured and analyzed.Results The maxillary bone and muffle were moved forward,soft tissue profile esthetics was amended evidently.Conclusion The way of curing skeletal class III malocclusions of mixed dentition with maxillary protraction can promote maxillary bone to move forward,control mandible bone growth,and is simple and easy.If skeletal class III malocclusions of mixed dentition is cured in the forepart and is carried through growth modification,the probability of orthognathic surgery may be decreased.
