摘　　要：目的:探讨CD44v6与胃癌之间的关系。方法:综合分析2000年8月到2010年8月公开发表的有关CD44v6与胃癌关系随机对照临床试验的文献。按照入选标准,有18项随机对照实验纳入本研究。用RevMan 4.2软件进行统计分析。结果:CD44v6在胃癌组中的表达显著高于对照组(OR=36.98,95%可信区间为16.92～80.83,P<0.000 01);CD44v6在有淋巴结转移组中的表达显著高于无淋巴结转移组中的表达(OR=3.71,95%可信区间为2.89～4.76,P<0.000 01)。结论:CD44v6高表达可能在胃癌的发生、发展及淋巴结转移中起重要作用,这对于胃癌的早期诊断和治疗及预后具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the relationship between CD44v6 and gastric carcinoma.Method All available literature of randomized clinical controlled trails about CD44v6 and gastric carcinoma from August 2000 to August 2010 were analyzed.According to the inclusion criteria,18 studies were selected.The data were analyzed by RevMan 4.2 software.Results Expression of CD44v6 in gastric carcinoma was significantly higher than that in control group（odds ratio=36.98,95%confidential intervals=16.92~80.83,P0.000 01）.Expression of CD44v6 in the lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in the no lymph node metastasis（odds ratio=3.71,95%confidential intervals=2.89~4.76,P0.000 01）.Conclusion CD44v6 may play an important role in progress and metastasis of gastric carcinoma,which might be valuable for the early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.
