摘　　要：目的:比较实施血液净化中心护理工作手册前后护理工作质量及病员的满意度等。方法:选择2009年1月～2010年12月在职的血液净化中心的全体护士,比较实施护理工作手册前、后12个月,护理工作质量及病员满意度。结果:患者对护理工作的满意度差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理质量差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血液净化室实施护理工作手册有利于提高透析患者满意度及护理质量。Objective To compare the nursing quality and the patients′satisfaction before and after the nursing service handbook enforce in the center of blood purification.Method Nurses working in the center of blood purification of our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were chosen.The nursing quality and patients′ satisfaction were compared before and after practicing the nursing service handbook for twelve months.Results There was significant difference between the patients′ satisfaction and the nursing quality before and after practicing the nursing service handbook（P0.05）.Conclusion The practice can promote the patients′ satisfaction and nursing quality.
