摘　　要：目的和方法：研究重组人白细胞介素－ １３（ｒｈＩＬ－ １３） 对Ｄａｍｉ 细胞的作用，在血浆凝块培养基中分别加入ｒｈＩＬ－ １３ ５０ ｎｇ／ ｍＬ、１００ ｎｇ／ ｍＬ、１５０ ｎｇ／ ｍＬ，计数Ｄａｍｉ 细胞的集落数，在液体培养基中同样加入ｒｈＩＬ－ １３ ５０ ｎｇ／ ｍＬ、１００ｎｇ／ ｍＬ、１５０ ｎｇ／ｍ Ｌ，检测掺入到Ｄａｍｉ 细胞ＤＮＡ 中的５ － 溴－ ２ － 脱氧尿嘧啶（５ － ＢｒｄＵ） 。结果：血浆凝块培养基中加入ｒｈＩＬ－ １３ 能使Ｄａｍｉ 细胞扩增，５０ ｎｇ／ ｍＬ、１００ ｎｇ／ｍ Ｌ、１５０ｎｇ／ｍＬｒｈＩＬ－ １３ 实验组Ｄａｍｉ 细胞集落数分别是对照组的１ ．４２倍、１ ．８５ 倍、２ ．３１ 倍。５ － ＢｒｄＵ 掺入实验结果表明，ｒｈＩＬ－ １３ ５０ ｎｇ／ｍＬ、１００ ｎｇ／ ｍＬ、１５０ ｎｇ／ｍＬ 实验组的吸光度分别比对照组增加了４７ ．０６ ％ 、８８ ．２４ ％ 、１１４ ．７１ ％ 。结论：ｒｈＩＬ－ １３ 促进了Ｄａｍｉ 细胞的增殖。AIM and METHOD:To study the effect of recombinant human interleukin-13(rhIL-13) on Dami cells, rhIL-13, at concentrations of 50 ng/mL, 100 ng/mL and 150 ng/mL, was added to plasma clot culture for counting of Dami cell colonies and to liquid medium for detecting incorporation of 5-bromo-2'-deoxy-uridine (5-BrdU) into Dami cell DNA. RESULTS: rhIL-13 added to plasma clot cultures resulted in Dami cell expansion. The colony numbers of Dami cells treated with rhIL-13 50 ng/mL, 100 ng/mL and 150ng/mL were 1.42 times, 1.85 times and 2.31 times greater than those in the controls, respectively. The findings in 5-BrdU assay showed that the absorbance values of the experimental groups treated with 50 ng/mL, 100 ng/mL and 150 ng/mL of rhIL-13 were 47.06%, 88.24% and 114.71% higher than those of the controls, respectively. CONCLUSION: rhIL-13 enhances proliferation of Dami cells.
