中西医结合治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌92例临床观察

摘　　要：目的中西医结合治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌。方法永州市中医院从2005年8月至2009年7月以来通过对92例老年非小细胞肺癌患者的随机分组治疗,对近期疗效、毒副反应及生活质量改变进行比较。结果治疗组总缓解率52.2%,中位生存期20.7个月,对照组总缓解率30.4%,中位生存期15.8个月,两组缓解率经统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗老年中晚期非小细胞肺癌是注重局部顾及整体相结合的治疗方法,在老年中晚期肺癌的综合治疗中不失为一种行之有效的手段,可以认为中医药在肺癌的治疗中占有重要地位。Objective Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment aged middle-late stage I non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From August 2005 to July 2009 in Yongzhou Hospital of TCM through of the 92 cases senile non-small cell lung cancer patients were randomly divided into the treatment,to the short-term curative effect,the reaction and toxicity and quality of life for change is used in the comparison.Results The total effective rate in treatment group remission rates 52.2%,median surial 20.7 month group,total remission rates 30.4%,a median surial of 15.8 months,two groups of remission rates by statistical processing was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment aged middle-late non-small cell lung cancer is to pay attention to local attend whole combination of treatments,old age in middle-late of lung cancer in comprehensive treatment can yet be regarded as a kind of effective method,can think Chinese medicine in the treatment of lung cancer occupies an important position.
