紫外线照射充氧自血回输法治疗老年血管性痴呆临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察紫外线照射自血回输（ＵＢＩ）治疗老年血管性痴呆的临床疗效及血浆内皮素变化。方法　采用ＵＢＩ治疗老年血管性痴呆３０ 例，同时以脑复康治疗２７ 例作为对照组。结果　治疗组患者临床证状显著改善，修订长谷川痴呆量表（ＨＤＳ）积分提高；血清胆固醇（ＴＣＨ） 、甘油三酯（ＴＧ）显著降低，高密度脂蛋白（ＨＤＣ）显著提高；血浆内皮素水平（ＥＴ） 下降，红细胞变形能力增强。临床总有效率８８％ 。结论　ＵＢＩ对老年血管性痴呆有较好的治疗作用。Objectives To observe clinical effects of Uitravietlet Blood Irradiation(UBI) in treating senile vascular dementia and the variation of plasma endothelin lever.Methods 30 patients which treated with UBI were randomly divided into treated group,and 27 patients which were treated with Piracetam into control group.Results After UBI treatment,clinical symptom was improved significantly,the revise Hagayakawa Demenitia Scale(HDS)scoring of patients Promted.UBI could decrase the level of serum Plasma Endothelin ,Triglyceride significantly(TG);increase the level of High Density Lipoprotein(HDL),RBC deformability.Total effective rate in clinical praCtice reached 88%.Conclusions UBI had good effects on senile vascular dementia indeed.
