摘　　要：目的:通过施加组合力,将复杂埋伏阻生尖牙矫治就位,保留牙列的完整性,并避免损伤邻牙。方法:对5例7颗埋伏阻生尖牙进行翻瓣导萌术,术后正畸使用组合力牵引埋伏牙。结果:7颗埋伏阻生尖牙均进入牙弓并排齐,牙周附着良好,咬合功能正常。结论:使用组合力有助于保护邻牙,降低牵引的阻力,节约支抗。Objective： By applying combining force, to correct complicated impacted cuspids, to remain the denti- tion complete and avoid the adjacent teeth being damaged. Methods.. Five patients who have seven impacted cuspids were treated with flap closure surgery and applied combining force to tract impacted teeth after the surgery. Results Seven impacted cuspids were brought into dental arch in a straight line and periodontal attachment was in good con- dition with a good bite function. Conclusion： Applying combining force could protect, adjacent teeth and save trac- tion resistance.
