摘　　要：目的:探讨CEREC inlab牙科CAD/CAM系统制作3种全瓷修复体的临床疗效。方法:临床选择236例患者共制作275单位的全瓷冠桥修复体,其中可切削全瓷83单位,氧化铝全瓷69单位,氧化锆全瓷123单位,临床追踪观察6～30个月。按照改良的USPHS标准对修复体进行评价,检查结果采用Kruskal-Wallis非参数统计分析。结果:随着时间的延长,各类修复体成功率均有所下降,但在第30个月时,3组成功率均在90%以上,统计结果显示三者之间无显著性差异。结论:在严格控制临床适应症的前提下,通过CEREC inlab系统制作的3种全瓷修复体均能达到良好的修复效果。Objective： To evaluate the clinical performance of three different kinds of all--Ceramic restoration, made by CEREC inlab CAD/CAM system. Methods.236 patients with 275 units restorations were enrolled in th~ study, 83 were fabricated with IPS e. max--cad , 69were Sirona inCoris AL, and 123 were Sirona inCoris ZI. Th~ i restorations were evaluated at baseline, and 6, 12, 30 months after placement using modified USPHS criteria. Sur- vival rate of the restorations were determined by Kruskal--Wallis non--parametric statistical analysis. Results.. In creased clinical service time resulted in decrease of survivalrate. While USPHS criteria showed over 90%Alpha cores no matter which material after an observation time up to 30 months. There was no significant difference ac cording to statistical analysis. Conclusion. Within the limited situation, 3 kinds of allceramic restorations showec satisfactory clinical performance made by CEREC inlab system.
