摘  要:目的:研究S100A4mRNA表达与口腔鳞癌分化、转移关系。方法:分别提取40例口腔鳞癌组织及远端正常口腔黏膜组织的RNA,用半定量逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法测定S100A4基因在口腔鳞癌和配对组织mRNA水平的差异表达情况。并结合临床资料,对S100A4基因差异表达与口腔鳞癌病人临床病理参数进行相关性分析。结果:S100A4mRNA在口腔鳞癌中高表达,与癌旁正常口腔黏膜组织比较,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。S100A4mRNA的表达水平与口腔鳞癌的分化、淋巴结转移成负相关。S100A4mRNA与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小无关。结论:S100A4基因表达和口腔鳞癌的发生发展、分化、侵袭转移密切关;S100A4mRNA可作为判定口腔鳞癌恶性程度及评价预后的重要指标,也可作为新的生物标志物及治疗口腔鳞癌浸润转移的潜在靶目标。Correlation between S100A4 Gene and OSCC. Department of Stomatology , the General Hospital of Daqing Oil Field, Daqing 163001 [-Abstract] Objective: To study the relationship between S100A4mRNA expression level and metastasis of oral squamous cell earcinoma(OSCC). Methods: RNA were obtained from tissues of OSCC and tissues besides the tumor. Reverse transcriptional PCR was performed for amplification of SI00A4mRNA from 40 OSCC and matched tissues besides the tumor. And the differential S100A4mRNA expression was analysed for its association with the clinical manifestation of the patients. Results: S100A4mRNA in OSCC was highly expressed as compared with nor- mal tissue (P^0.01). The expression level of S100A4mRNA was significantly correlated with the differentiation degree, and metastasis of OSCC(P〈.05)S100A4mRNA had no obvious relationship with the gender, age, tumor size and TNM clinical stage. Conclusion.. Differential expression of S100A4 s correlated to the genesis, develop- ment, differentiation and invasion of tumor. S100A4mRNA may serve as a marker of the clinical pathological fea- tures and progressing of OSCC. And S100A4mRNA might be expected to become a new biomarker and potential target for OSCC treatment.
