摘  要:目的:比较4组冲洗剂组合清洁桩道管壁玷污层的能力。方法:收集20颗新鲜无龋前磨牙,常规根充、桩道预备后随机均分为4组,A组:1%次氯酸钠溶液+3%双氧水溶液;B组:1%次氯酸钠溶液+1%Triton X-100;C组:17%EDTA溶液+1%次氯酸钠溶液;D组:17%EDTA溶液+1%Triton X-100;每组冲洗后,再用10mL生理盐水冲洗,在扫描电镜下观察各组根管内壁情况,并用Berg分级法进行评价。结果:A组和B组均未有效去除玷污层,牙本质小管口堵塞。C组、D组可有效去除桩道预备后根管内壁形成的玷污层,达到Ⅱ级甚至更好效果,C组达到Ⅰ级效果,残屑极少。结论:C组、D组组合均可有效去除桩道预备产生的玷污层,且效果由桩道上部向下部逐渐减弱。Objective: The purpose of this vitro study were to evaluate smear layer elimination capability effective- ness of four surface treatments after post space preparation. Methods: 20 pulpless singal-rooted teeth were divided into 4 groups on the basis of the irrigation regimen after post space preparation. (A) irrigation with 1% NaOC1 and 3% hydrogen peroxide; (B) irrigation with 1% NaOC1 and 1% Triton X-100 ; (C) irrigation with 17 ~ EDTA solu- tion and 1 % NaOC1. (D) irrigation with 17% EDTA solution and 1% Triton X-100. All the groups were irrigated by 10ml saline at last. Roots were observed by SEM. The effectiveness were evaluate by Berg classification. Re- suits: There is a large number of typical smear layer on post space in group A and groupB are both invalid of getting rid of smear layer. Part of smear layer was eliminated in groupC and group D can eliminate the smear effective. group C seemed to be the most effective in eliminating the smear from canal walls. Conclusion: Irrigation with 17% EDTA solution and 1% NaOC1, Irrigation with 17:~EDTA solution and 1 ~Triton X-100can eliminate the smear effective. Irrigation effect is different on 3 third root level. The Cervical thirds is more effective than the apical thirds.
