摘　　要：In this paper,three component determination of compound tablets of aspirin in pH 6.5 buffer solution was successfully made by using partial least squares method(PLS)without any chemical separation.The C language is used for programming.the results showed that the average recoveries and relative standard deviation of caffeine,penacetin and aspirin were 101.4%,1.63,98.78%,1.32,98.81%,2.37,respectively.The effects of wave length range,numbles of wavelength on the results were discussed.This method is simple,rapid and satisfactory results were obtained.In this paper,three component determination of compound tablets of aspirin in pH 6.5 buffer solution was successfully made by using partial least squares method(PLS)without any chemical separation.The C language is used for programming.the results showed that the average recoveries and relative standard deviation of caffeine,penacetin and aspirin were 101.4%,1.63,98.78%,1.32,98.81%,2.37,respectively.The effects of wave length range,numbles of wavelength on the results were discussed.This method is simple,rapid and satisfactory results were obtained.
