Livin和PCNA在口腔鳞癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：采用免疫组织化学Max-VisionTM法检测48例口腔鳞癌组织和正常口腔黏膜中Livin和PCNA蛋白的表达,分析两者间相关性,探讨可能的意义。结果显示口腔鳞癌组织中Livin和PCNA呈高表达,Livin的表达与PCNA呈正相关(rs=0.398,P=0.016)。提示Livin可能与口腔鳞癌的发生、发展有关,Livin可能抑制癌细胞凋亡、促进癌细胞增殖。The expression of Livin and PCNA in 48 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC） and normal oral mucosa was examined by immunohistochemical technique Max-VisionTM method and the correlation between the two was analyzed.Livin and PCNA were highly expressed in OSCC.Livin was positively expressed with PCNA（rs=0.398,P=0.016）.Livin may play important roles in occurrence and progression of OSCC by inhibition of apoptosis and promoting proliferation of the tumor cells.
