降钙素原在成人中枢神经系统感染中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨降钙素原(PCT)检测在成人中枢神经系统感染中的应用价值。方法:对46例成人中枢神经系统感染患者留取首次静脉血及脑脊液标本,采用用双抗夹心法测定标本PCT水平。结果:化脑组血清及脑脊液PCT水平均高于病脑组,P<0.05。结论:血清及脑脊液PCT测定有助于鉴别化脑与病脑。Objective：To investigate the diagnosis value of the procalcitonin （PCT） in patients with central nervous system infection. Methods： A total of the patients （n = 46） with severe cerebral stroke were involved. Use double antibody sandwich assay to detect serum and CSF procalcitonin in the first day after hospital admission. Results：Serum and CSF PCT levels were significantly higher in group of purulent meningitis than in the group of viral meningitis. Conclusion：Serum and CSF PCT level was a better indicator to discriminate purulent meningitis from viral meningitis.
