松软牙槽嵴患者的全口义齿修复

摘　　要：目的:比较中性区排牙与牙槽嵴顶排牙两种排牙方法,哪种更加适合于松软牙槽嵴患者的全口义齿修复。方法:选择松软牙槽嵴患者28例,分别采用中性区排牙和牙槽嵴顶排牙两种排牙方法进行全口义齿修复。修复前询问患者义齿使用习惯,检查口腔及旧义齿情况,进行必要的修复前手术,择期重新修复。在修复后0.5a、1a、2a后复查,根据病历记录检查患者口腔和义齿情况是否有改变。结果:义齿修复后的2a中,采用牙槽嵴顶排牙法进行全口义齿修复的松软牙槽嵴患者,牙槽嵴的松软范围没有明显扩大,义齿使用效果良好,较中性区排牙法更加适合。结论:松软牙槽嵴患者的全口义齿修复,应采用二次印模法制取准确的印模,更重要的是采用牙槽嵴顶排牙法排列前牙,使前牙在正中牙合时不接触,在侧方牙合和前伸牙合时也无接触,尽量避免前牙区的牙槽嵴承受过大的咬合压力导致的牙槽骨吸收,以及牙槽嵴松软范围的扩大。Objective： To compare the neutral zone row of and alveolar ridge top row of teeth two row teeth, which kind of method is more suitable for soft alveolar ridge of patients over denture. Methods： Choose soft alveolar ridge 28 cases of patients, we introduce the neutral zone row of teeth and alveolar ridge top row of teeth two row of teeth over denture method. Before repairing, ask the repairing denture using custon, oral and old denture check, make the necessary repairs before surgery and choou time to repair, before. After the repair in six months, one year, two years later, according to the medical record record check check whether oral and denture patients have changed. Results ：Two years after the repair denture retained by attachment, the alveolar ridge top row of teeth over denture soft alveolar ridge patients, alveolar ridge soft range significantly increased, denture using effectiuely, a denture neutral zone row of teeth more suitable. Conclusion： soft alveolar ridge of patients over denture, should adopt secondary stamping legal take accurate stamping, more important is to take the alveolar ridge top row of teeth method, make the front teeth at the centric occlusion without contact, in the lateral occlusion and protrusive occlusion without contact, also try to avoid the front teeth alveolar ridge to bear the pressure of the bite, in order not to result in alveolar bone absorption, and alveolar ridge soft range widening.
