摘 要:将膜分散技术应用于湿法磷酸的萃取分离过程中,以水/磷酸/TBP+煤油为实验体系,以名义孔径为10μm的不锈钢纤维烧结膜为分散介质,采用正交实验设计的方法探讨了磷酸质量分数、稀释剂质量分数、相比、分散相流量和停留时间对单级效率的影响。实验结果表明:稀释剂质量分数和相比对单级效率影响特别显著,分散相流量对单级效率有显著影响,停留时间和磷酸质量分数对单级效率有一定的影响。磷酸质量分数在30%~70%时,最佳的操作条件为:稀释剂质量分数20%,相比2∶1,分散相流量1500mL/min,停留时间1.4s。Membrane dispersion technology was used to wet-process phosphoric acid extraction process.With water / phosphoric acid / TBP + kerosene as the experimental system and 10 μm diameter stainless steel fibers sintered membrane as the dispersion medium,the influence of phosphoric acid mass fraction,diluents mass fraction,phase ratio,volume of dispersed phase and residence time on extraction ratio was studied by orthogonal experiment design method.The experiment results showed that the diluents mass fraction and the phase ratio had highly obvious influence on extraction ratio,volume of dispersed phase had obvious influence on extraction ratio and the residence time and phosphoric acid mass fraction had certain influence on extraction ratio.When phosphoric acid mass fraction was in the range of 30%~70%,the optimal condition was as follows: diluents mass fraction 20%,phase ratio 2∶1,volume of dispersed phase 1500 mL/min,residence time 1.4 s.
