摘 要:本文研究了大豆褐纹病的发病规律,褐纹病病菌孢子可以以直接穿透寄主表皮或通过伤口和自然孔口(水孔、气孔等)方式进行侵入。三种方式侵染的机率均等,但孢子的侵入还要受到叶面湿度持续时间和寄主生育时期等因素的限制。对该病害发生过程的研究表明,越冬病残体(病叶)是初侵染来源之一,而分生孢子侵入叶表至少需要21h的保温条件。潜育期因叶龄不同而有所不同,在23~30℃条件下,潜育期为6~4d,病斑扩展速度随温度升高而加快。This article studies on the law of the development of the disease of soybean brown spot ,and shows that it is caused by the complicated interaction of pathogene and its host. the spores may infect the soybean by means of the permetrating, wounds and nature openings, and the chance of three is equivalent, but the infection may be limited by the duration of leaf water-keeped time and the state of host. This time demandes 24 hours at least and the different state may lead the difference in infection. The primary source of the disease is last year's disease foliages which spent winter in field. The laten period is six to four days under the temperature of 23-30C. Soybean brown spot disease grow fast with the temperature's raising.
