摘  要:淡紫拟青霉(Paecilomyceslilacinus)对根结线虫和大豆胞囊线虫的卵具有较强的寄生能力,其代谢产物对多种作物有生理活性。试验用淡紫拟青霉培养液处理大豆、水稻、小麦种子及番茄幼苗,测定其调控作用。同时采用柱层析等方法,提取培养液中有效成分。试验结果显示,浓度为每亳升含孢子105×104的培养滤液能促进番茄幼苗生长。大豆、小麦、水稻种子对该滤液敏感程度有差异。在各处理中,高浓度滤液均相对表现出抑制萌发和生长作用。从培养滤液分离收集到2个蛋白峰,经SDSPAGE分析,这2种蛋白质分子量分别为12kD和28kD,对大豆种子均有明显刺激萌发和生长的作用,而透析出的培养液却无此作用。从而推测,淡紫拟青霉代谢产物的生理活性物质位于蛋白组分中。Pacilomyceslilacinushas strong parasitic ability to eggs of root knotnematodes and soybean cyst nematodes,and metabolic product ofwhich has physiologicalactivity to many crops.In this study,seeds ofsoy bean,rice and wheatand tomato seedlings were treated with culture solution of P.lilacinusto determine itspromo tion.Culture solution containing1 0 5× 1 0 4spores mlcould promote the growth oftomato seedlings.Seeds ofsoy bean,rice and wheat were differently sensitive to the culture solution.Culture solution with high concentration showed inhibition to germination and growth ofseeds in each treatment.Two types ofproteins collected from cul ture solution by means ofcolumn chromatography could stimulate germination and growth ofsoybean seeds while protein isolated culture solution had no effectas protein.Molecularweights ofthese two proteins were1 2 k D and 2 8k D respectively by means of SDS PAGE.So it was referred that physiologically active substance ofmetabolic productlocated in the protein.
