红霉素联合多潘立酮治疗胰头癌PD术后功能性胃排空障碍的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察红霉素联合多潘立酮混悬液治疗功能性胃排空障碍的疗效。方法:将45例患者随机分成2组,均用胃管注入多潘立酮混悬液,静脉补液维持水、电解质平衡及补充营养物质;治疗组在此基础上加用红霉素6～8mg·kg-1·d-1,分2次加入5%葡萄糖液250mL,早晚静脉滴注,连用21d。结果:治疗21d后治疗组有效率为91.3%,对照组为63.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应均较轻微。结论:红霉素联合多潘立酮混悬液治疗胰头癌PD术后功能性胃排空障碍有较好的临床疗效且不良反应轻微。OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy of erythromycin combined with Domperidone suspension in the treatment of functional delayed gastric emptying. METHODS： 45 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 2 groups received Domperidone suspension by gavage of gastric tube, intravenous fluids to maintain water and electrolyte balance and added nutrients; treatment group additionally received erythromycin 6～8 mg·kg-1·d-1 with 5% glucose solution 250 mL added twice a day, morning and night, intravenous infusion for 21 d. RESULTS： The effective rate of treatment group was 91.3% and that of control group was 63.6% after 21 d, the difference of effective rate of 2 groups had statistical significance（P0.05）. ADR of 2 groups were mild. CONCLUSION： Erythromycin combined with Domperidone suspension is effective against functional delayed gastric emptying after PD surgery for pancreatic head cancer in the clinical practice.
