摘　　要：高校创新人才群体结构影响着人才群体功能的发挥。通过不断优化创新群体环境,构建政府调控指导下的创新群体培育机制、人才选拔机制和目标考核机制,将创新群体建设纳入高校人才战略,促进创新群体结构不断优化,保证创新群体可持续成长。The structure of university creative elite group has affected the performance of elite group function.By the way of continually optimizing the environment of creative elite group,under the guidance of government regulation,we should construct the cultivation regime of creative group,the selection regime of elite and the appraisal regime of the elite target,bring the construction of creative elite group into university elite strategies,promote the constant optimization of creative elite group structure,and ensure sustainable development of creative elite group.
