摘　　要：通过利用共轭亚油酸的弱酸性质,将共轭亚油酸制成盐,以期生理功能的改变,本文利用具有生物功能活性的共轭亚油酸,先与氢氧化钠反应得到共轭亚油酸的钠盐溶液,再加入氯化锌溶液得到共轭亚油酸锌盐,平均收率为67%。为共轭亚油酸锌制成制剂的进一步研究提供了原料。The zinc conjugated linoleic acid was produced according to the faintly acidity of the conjugated linoleic acid,inorder to change their physiological functions.In this article,the the sodium conjugated linoleic acid was prepared by using the conjugated linoleic acid as raw material in presence of sodium hydroxide solution,followed by zinc chloride to produce the the zinc conjugated linoleic acid,with an average yield of about 67%.The development offers a wide range for the further research of zinc conjugated linoleic acid as applications.
