摘　　要：韩国、日本两国在新农村建设中一个成功的经验是高度重视农民的教育工作,形成了完备的农民教育培训体系。农民是合作组织的主体,农民素质如何也影响着农民合作组织作用的充分发挥,为此,构建科学、合理的新型农民合作组织教育培训体系显得更为重要。One successful experience in the new rural construction of South Korea and Japan, is that they attach great importance to farmer education, have formed a complete education and training system of farmers. Farmers are the main subject of cooperative organizations, and the quality of farmer also affect the role of farmer cooperative organizations to full play, so, build a scientific and rational new education and training system of rural cooperative organizations is more important.
