摘　　要：义帝熊心并非少年傀儡,而是秦汉之际天下共尊的有为贤主。在起义军成败的紧要关头,他扭转局势,兴楚、援魏、扶韩、稳齐、助燕、救赵,制定了反秦救民的战略决策,并坚持"如约",育成"义"的文化。他建都郴县(今湖南郴州)后被害,直接引发楚汉战争,导致楚文化失重,促成汉文化崛起,影响了中国历史的走向。Emperor Yi Xiongxin was not a young puppet, but an emperor of virtue respected by all the people between Qin and Han Dynasties. At the critical moment of uprising army, he changed the situation and made efferts in prospering Chu, assisting Zhao, supporting Han, stabilizing Qi, helping Yan and saving Zhao. He worked out the strategy of fighting against Qin and saving the people and persisting in ＂the appointed＂, thus the ＂Yi＂ culture came into being. He was murdered after he established his capital in Chenxian （Chenzhou）, which directly caused the Chu - Han war. Mterwards the reduction of Chu culture and the development of Han culture influenced the direction of Chinese history.
