高校节约型校园建设之我见

摘　　要：节约型校园的建设包括校园硬件建设和软件建设两个方面。其首要任务,是科学规划,合理布局,强化硬件设施的节能环保功能,创建绿色校园。其次是校园发展的可持续性,包括硬件资源的永续利用和思想理念的世代传承。节约型校园的建设是一项长期而艰巨的任务,复杂而系统的工程,必须通过师生员工的全员参与、持之以恒的努力才能实现。The construction of energy - saving campus includes hardware construction and soft construction. It needs scientific plan and rational arrangement. The instrument with energy - saving function should be emphasized, thus the green campus will come into being. And also we should pay attention to the sustainbility of the campus including the forever use of the resources and ideological concepts. This long and difficult task and complex and systematic project needs the participation and persistance of all the staff of the university.
