摘 要:在电路实验教学中使用的差分放大电路可以利用差分对管来实现。详细阐述用差分对管实现的差分放大电路各参数的设计过程。电路安装调试结果表明,该电路的共模性能得到很大提高,应用到实验教学中效果良好。In this paper a differential amplifier circuit is introducd,which is implemented by differential pair transistor for circuit experiment teaching.Compared with the common differential amplifier circuit in current teaching,it presents the detailed design process of implementation of the parameters of differential amplifier circuit based on differential pair transistor,it also presents the circuit installation and adjustment results.The results show that the circuit performance,especially the common-mode performance of the proposed circuit is improved.This improvement can enhance the experiment effect for teaching.
