摘　　要：【目的】探讨原发性肝癌手术前后胃肠激素水平的变化及意义。【方法】选2007年4月至2010年2月本院收治的择期原发性肝癌手术治疗患者103例，无术后并发症组73例，有并发症组30例。测定患者术前、术后24h、48h、7d血胃泌素（GAS）和胃动素（MTL）的水平。【结果】①术前两组间GAS和MTI。血浆水平均无显著差异（P〉0．05）。②两组术后24h、48h血浆MTL水平均较术前显著下降（P〈0．05），血GAS水平较术前显著升高（P〈0．05）。③与无并发症组相比，有并发症组术后24h、48h血浆MTL水平均显著降低（P〈0．05），GAS水平显著升高（P〈0．05）。④无并发症组术后首次肛门排气时间显著早于有并发症组（P〈0．05）。【结论】原发性肝癌手术患者手术前后GAS、MTL水平变化与病情及胃肠功能恢复密切相关，检测血中GAs、MTL水平可作为反映病情及评估预后的一个参考指标。[Objective] To explore the change of gastrointestinal hormone levels before and after the operation of primary liver cancer and its significance. [Methods] Totally 103 patients scheduled for the operation of primary liver cancer in our hospital from April 2007 to February 2010 were divided into non-postoperative complication group（ n = 73） and postoperative complication group（ n = 30）. The levels of gastrin（GAS） and motilin（MTL） at 24h, 48h and 7d before and after operation were measured. [Results]There was no significant difference in plasma levels of GAS and MTL between two groups before operation（ P 〉0.05）. Compared with before operation, plasma level of MTL obviously decreased and plasma level of GAS markedly increased in two groups at 24h and 48h after operations （ P 〈0.05）. Compared with non-postoperative complication group, plasma level of MTL notably decreased and plasma level of GAS significantly increased in postoperative comlylication group at 24h and 48h after operation（ P 〈0.05）. The first anus exhaustion time in non-postoperative complication group was much earlier than that in postoperative cotnplication group （ P 〈 0. 5）. [Conclusion] The change of the levels of GAS and MTL in patients with primary liver cancer before and after operation was closely related to the recovery of illness state and gastrointestinal function. The measurement of plasma levels of GAS and MTL can be used as the reference for reflecting the illness state and evaluating the prognosis.
