摘 要:常温氟碳喷涂技术被广泛应用于钢结构表面装饰领域.但对于设计有防火要求的钢结构表面,常规施工工艺存在防火涂料与氟碳涂料不相融合的情况,会造成喷涂后装饰面层成片剥落的质量问题.在银泰——航华地下通道工程附属的两个出入口外露钢结构设计与施工中,通过对氟碳喷涂和防火涂料的研究和实验得到新的施工工艺,使得防火涂料表面可以进行常温氟碳喷涂施工,同时也降低了工程成本.The normal temperature fluorocarbon coating spraying technology has been widely applied to the field of steel structure surface decoration. But for the design of fire- retardant requirement of steel surface, the fact that fire-retardant coating could not mix fluorocarbon coating together exists in the conventional construction technology, and it will cause the quality problems that the sprayed surface will spall after decoration. In the Intime-Hanghua underground passage engineering, two entrances affiliated the underground passage have the exposed steel structure design and construction. Through the research and experiment of fluorocarbon coating spraying and fire-retardant coating, the new construction technology has been obtained. The fire-retardant coating surface can undertake normal fluorocarbon coating spraying construction, and simultaneously reduce the cost of the project.
